Guangzhou, China – A major summer music festival in Europe recently employed an innovative fleet of battery-powered LED wash lights, enabling lighting designers to place fixtures in previously impossible locations—suspended from trees, floating on water, or hidden inside architectural structures.

The fixtures, developed by a Guangzhou-based engineering team, offer up to 12 hours of runtime on a single charge with full RGBW color output. Wireless DMX control allows for real-time synchronization with the music and other stage elements, creating immersive environments that extend beyond the main stage.

The festival’s lighting director noted that the absence of cables significantly reduced setup time and safety risks. “We could turn any corner of the venue into a dynamic light sculpture. The audience felt like they were inside the performance, not just watching it from a distance.”

Powered by advanced lithium battery management systems and weather-resistant housings, these units are designed for outdoor touring and rental applications, where quick deployment and reliability are critical.
